    2019 Carnation Bowl Champions

Congratulations to our four Carnation Bowl winner

    Welcome To Arvada Youth Football

Arvada Football is an all-volunteer organization made of men and women who fill the board, coaching, and team parent positions. These volunteers are committed to teaching Arvada's youth how to participate and compete in the game of football.

Since 2012 Arvada Youth Football has been Colorado's leader in USA Football's certification program. Our relationship with USA Football has created a Better, Safer Game for Arvada's youth football players. All Arvada coaches are USA Football certified. Arvada Youth Football will post updated events and league announcements on the Arvada Youth Football News tab. Please check back frequently for Arvada Youth Football announcements and activities. Feel free to visit the board's contact page if you have any questions about Arvada's youth football organization.

    Carnation Bowl Winners

AYFA would like to congratulate our four Carnation Bowl Winners, the Badgers, the Regulators, the Avengers, and back to back champions the Thunderwolves. Arvada went into the two Carnation Bowl weekends with five teams in the Carnation Bowl and came home with four trophies as the Arvada Panther fell short in a hard-fought game.

We also want to congratulate all 20 of our teams for another successful season. As usual, each of you has had many victories, both as a team and as individuals. You've learned a lot of lessons, and you all competed as champions. We, the AYFA Board, are proud to have all of you represent AYFA. I like to tell everyone that our athletes and coaches make our area the best area in JYFA, and this year is no different. All of you make us the youth football organization we are, one of - if not - the best in the state.

For all of you who joined AYFA for the first time this year, welcome to the family. We are happy to have and excited to see everything you will bring to our association. For those of you have aged out, thank you for everything you've given us - your blood, sweat, and tears. And to everyone in our association who has helped out in some way, thank you for your heart and passion.

As we have wrapped up the tackle season, we now look toward getting our flag football season going. Registration is open, and we are hoping to get all our teams to sign up ten players for the off-season. We are also looking to make the flag football season and flex football season. More information to come.

Mark your calendars now. 2020 Fall Registration will open on March 1st. We'll keep communicating information out to all our families.

We thank you all for choosing Arvada.

    • Sad New

      Posted December 6, 2019
It is with a heavy heart that we notify you that Cameron Holland, son of our VP and Head Coach of the 7th Grade Badgers, died this morning in a tragic single-vehicle accident.   We ask that you pray for Cameron's parents and family in this time of heartache.   Cameron was a senior at Ralston Valley H.S.  They have already communicated this news to their students and the football community.
We understand that this news may be a duplicate and apologize for any crossover. Still, Cameron and David are well-respected members of our community who have participated with many groups.
We are in contact with David and will continue to communicate needs and service information as we learn of them.
